THE TOMCAT 48 RIDER SWEEPER IS THE TOUGHEST COMPACT RIDER SWEEPER AVALIABLE, WITH STEEL CONSTRUCTION SO IT WILL BE WORKING YEARS FROM NOW, EVEN IN ABUSIVE ENVIORMENTS.
DEBRIS ON THE FLOOR LIKE WOOD CHIPS, CARPETING LINT, POPCORN, LEAVES, METAL PIECES, BROKEN GLASS, SAND, FINE CONCRETE DUST, AND TALCUM POWDER ARE PICKED UP IN A SINGLE PASS. THE METERIAL IS SWEPT UP BY THE POWERFULL MAIN BROOM, AND THROWN INTO THE RUGGED HOPPER. THE HOPPER SLIDES OUT THE SIDE OF THE MACHINE FOR EASY DISPOSAL OF DEBRIS WHEN ITS FULL.
OUR "ONE TOUCH SWEEPING" AND CENTRAL COMMAND II KEEP THE MAIN BROOM'S PRESSURE AT ONE OF FIVE SETTINGS, SO YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO ADJUST OR REVERSE IT, AND THE BROOM AUTOMATICALY ADJUSTS TO IRREGULAR FLOORS.
THE DUST CONTROL ON THE FACTORY CAT 48 IS THE INDUSTRY LEADER. OUR EXCLUSIVE "BAGHOUSE" STYLE FILTER ENABLES THE MACHINE TO SWEEP THROUGH AN 80 POUND BAG OF CEMENT POWDER AND NOT BLOW DUST. THE FILTER'S HIGH CAPACITY DESIGN IS SIMILAR TO THE DUST COLLECTION SYSTEM ON STREETSWEEPERS, NOT VACUUM CLEANERS.
OUR 250 CFM FAN MOVES HIGH VOLUMES OF AIR, BUT AT A LOWER VELOCITY. THIS ALLOWS EXCELLENT DUST CONTROL, EVEN WITH A "DIRTY FILTER". THE LINT FROM CARPETING OR TENNIS COURTS IS EASILY CONTAINED IN THE LONG LIFE FILTER. THE FILTER IS CLEANED AT THE TOUCH OF A BUTTON.
THE FACTORY CAT 48 HAS A POWERFUL 2.0 HP SEALED DRIVE MOTOR FOR CLIMBING STEEP RAMPS, AND THE NON-MARKING TIRES PROTECT EXPENSIVE FLOORS. THE OPERATOR'S HIGH BACK SEAT INCLUDES ARMREST, IS ADJUSTABLE, AND THE PARKING BRAKE SETS AUTOMATICALLY.
THE UNIT IS BATTERY POWERD, AND WILL RUN UP TO A FULL SHIFT ON A CHARGE. THE CHARGER IS FULLY AUTOMATIC, AND PLUGS INTO 110 VOLT OUTLET.

SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS
Effective immediately, the following amendment is added to our shipping policy, specifically for items shipped on pallets, including this item:
- Pallet Shipments: The receiving party is capable of accepting shipments delivered on pallets. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their location can accommodate pallet deliveries.
- Forklift or Dock Availability: The customer must have a forklift or a loading dock available to safely receive the pallet shipment. It is essential to have the necessary equipment and facilities to handle the unloading process efficiently.
- Liftgate Delivery Option: If the customer does not have a forklift or loading dock, and requires a liftgate for unloading, we can arrange a convenient liftgate delivery service for an additional fee. This service includes the use of a hydraulic liftgate to lower the pallet shipment to the ground level.
- Commercial Address Requirement: The above criteria apply specifically to commercial addresses. If the customer's location is not a commercial address or does not meet the aforementioned requirements, they should contact us to discuss alternative shipping arrangements.
