Okum's Choice Auto Scrubber Warranty Information

Dear Customer,
Thank you for choosing an Okum's Choice auto scrubber. In order to ensure that your machine is fully protected during the warranty period, we are providing the following
warranty terms and conditions. Please carefully read this warranty document before
purchasing the machine to understand the specific warranty coverage and service
details.

I. Warranty Coverage
Our company provides warranty services for the following components:
(Including but not limited to the following components)

1. Water Tank
- Warranty Period: Within 5 years from the date of purchase.
- Warranty Coverage: If the water tank develops leaks, cracks, or deformation due to
material, workmanship, or manufacturing defects, we will provide free repair or
replacement services.

2. Body
- Warranty Period: Within 5 years from the date of purchase.
- Warranty Coverage: If body parts (such as the main frame) develop cracks, deformation,
or detachment due to material, workmanship, or manufacturing defects, we will provide
free repair or replacement services.

3. Motor
- Warranty Period: Within 2 years from the date of purchase.
- Warranty Coverage: If any motor in the purchased machine (including disc motor, water
suction motor, drive motor, or lifting motor) fails during normal use, such as failure to
start, abnormal speed, or excessive noise, we will provide free repair or replacement
services.

4. Controller
- Warranty Period: Within 2 years from the date of purchase.
- Warranty Coverage: If the controller experiences system failure, failure to start, or
control malfunction due to quality issues under normal use conditions, we will provide
free repair or replacement services.

5. Battery
- Warranty Period: Within 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Warranty Coverage: If the battery fails to charge or experiences a significant capacity
decrease (e.g., more than 50%) under normal usage conditions, we will provide a free
replacement. Natural battery aging (e.g., capacity decline due to excessive charging
cycles) and battery damage caused by long-term disuse are not covered by the warranty.

6. Electronics
- Warranty Period: Within 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Warranty Coverage: If any electronic components such as sensors, display screens, etc.,
fail during normal use, we will provide free repair or replacement services.

7. Wheels
- Warranty Period: Within 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Warranty Coverage: If the wheels suffer from material or manufacturing defects during
normal use, such as cracking or detachment, we will provide free repair or replacement
services.

8. Metal Rust Prevention
- Warranty Period: Within 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Warranty Coverage: If any metal parts or other metallic components of the machine
develop rust due to material or manufacturing issues (not caused by external factors or
improper use), we will provide free repair or replacement services.

II. Warranty Terms

1. Conditions for Warranty Service
Warranty service only applies to failures under normal use conditions. Any damage
caused by human error, accidents, misuse, improper operation, modification, or
natural disasters is not covered by the warranty.

2. Procedure During the Warranty Period
If any of the issues listed under the warranty coverage occur during the warranty
period, please contact the seller or our customer service promptly. You will need to
provide the proof of purchase, a description of the fault, and any possible photos or
videos of the issue.

3. Replacement and Repair
- If the issue meets the warranty conditions, we will determine whether to repair or
replace the corresponding part based on the nature of the fault.
- All parts replacement or repairs must be carried out by an authorized service center to
ensure the product's quality and safety.

4. Warranty Exclusions
The following situations are not covered by this warranty:
- Damage caused by force majeure events (e.g., fire, flood, lightning, etc.).
- Damage caused by the user's disassembly or unauthorized repair of the product.
- Issues arising from normal wear and tear, corrosion, or aging of parts (e.g., battery life).
- Failures caused by improper use, such as overloading, violent impact, or lack of regular
maintenance.
- Damage caused by improper usage environments, such as high temperatures, high
humidity, or extreme weather conditions.

III. Customer Service

1. After-Sales Process
If you encounter a situation that requires repair or replacement during the warranty
period, please provide the following information:
a. Proof of purchase (e.g., invoice, purchase receipt, etc.).
b. Product serial number and relevant product information.
c. A description of the fault along with any relevant photos or videos.
